When you make a reservation through OpenTable, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and booking details.
When you complete our community sign-up form, we collect your name, email address, birthday month (optional), dining preferences (optional), content preferences (optional), and advertising consent (optional).
When you email us directly, we retain your name and email address and the content of your message.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information for the following purposes:
Newsletter and email communications: If you have opted in, we will send you occasional emails about the restaurant, including menu updates, kitchen news, and invitations to events. We send these under the legal basis of consent.
Birthday communications: If you have provided your birthday month and opted in, we may send you a personal note during that month. Legal basis: consent.
Booking management: We use reservation data to manage your booking and communicate about it. Legal basis: legitimate interests (fulfilling our contract with you).
Advertising audiences: If you have explicitly consented, we may upload a hashed (anonymised) version of your email address to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to build advertising audiences. Your data is converted to a code before upload and is never identifiable on those platforms. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Newsletter subscriber data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your email address is retained only to ensure we do not contact you again.
Booking data is retained for 24 months and then deleted.
If you request deletion of your data, we will action this within 30 days.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
