WHO WE ARE
IMONE BBQ Ltd operates the restaurant at 171 High Street, New Malden,

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
When you make a reservation, we receive your name, email, and booking
details through OpenTable. We use this to manage your booking. We keep
it for 24 months.
When you sign up to our community, we collect your name, email, and the
preferences you choose. We use this to send you the communications you
opted into. We keep it until you unsubscribe.
If you consent separately, we may use a hashed (anonymised) version of
your email to run advertising on Meta and Google. Your actual email is
never shared — it is converted to a code before upload.
When you email us, we keep your message to respond to it.
Behavioural Marketing Triggers We may use information you have shared with us directly — including your visit history, birthday month, reward tier, and occasions you have voluntarily told us about — to time our marketing communications. For example, if you told us your birthday month, we may send a personal note around that time.
We do not monitor, scrape, or collect data from your social media profiles. We only act on information you have shared directly with IMONE BBQ.
If a member of our team notices that you have publicly tagged or mentioned us on social media, they may use that as a prompt to send a personal note. This is treated as a response to a public mention of our business, not as profile monitoring.

We do not sell your data. We use OpenTable for reservations and Google for our form and spreadsheet. If you have
consented to advertising, hashed data goes to Meta and Google. These
are the only parties involved.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any data we hold about
you. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at
the bottom of every email.
